If you haven't received your verification email:
1. Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders
It's possible that the account verification email was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter. If you don't find the email in these folders, add

to your address book or the list of allowed addresses on your filter, then request a new verification email.
2. If you're unable to sign in to the
Product Configurator homepage
to request a new verification email, you might have entered a typo in your email address when you created your account. To check, create your Product Configurator account again. If you can proceed with the account creation, the account hasn't been created yet.
I don’t have a login account yet, do I need to Sign Up?
If you are a Returning User, you can save your configurations in “My Saved Items” for use next time.
If you choose not to sign up, search results or configured systems will not be saved when you run the Product Configurator later.
